Zach Morrison
Managing Director
Zach is a family man and a hands-on local who brings years of experience in construction and property development to his role leading SIDE by SIDE. He’s worked across everything from buying sites and managing complex development approvals, to delivering full residential homes from start to finish. Zach now helps guide families, landowners and investors through the development journey, making sure projects not only stack up financially but also add real value to the area. He’s passionate about good design, getting things done properly and building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
Jordan Reid
Director
Jordan has been with SIDE by SIDE from the very beginning and plays a hands-on role in bringing every project to life, from the first idea through to handing over the keys. Growing up in the Northern Beaches, he knows the area inside out and is passionate about delivering quality homes that fit the local lifestyle. With a background as a corporate lawyer, Jordan brings a sharp eye for detail and helps guide each project through the legal and commercial hurdles. He’s known for his calm, thoughtful approach and his ability to build strong relationships with everyone involved, from consultants and councils to clients and neighbours.
