Our fee is a set % of the total build cost depending on the type and scale of a project. While this may seem like an added expense, the reality is, the cost savings from expert management could easily be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, and months in time, which more than cover our fee.
Yes. We manage every single aspect of your project from inception to completion. We will manage all compliance and regulation requirements, approvals, architect engagement, build tenders and construction, right through to final handover and warranty.
No. We can help with certain aspects if you are having issues or need help getting started or finalising something. We do however find that clients get maximum value from Side by Side being involved from the start to finish.

A Dual Occupancy refers to a single block of land with two dwelling built on it. These can be connected or completely separated.
A Duplex is where two homes are typically built side by side with a common wall separating the two dwellings.
Terraces are similar to Duplexes with more than two dwellings built in a row next to each other with a common wall separating each.
